Frequently Asked Questions
Explore answers to our most common inquiries regarding requesting and securing VIP appointments.
How do I schedule an appointment with a VIP?
It is necessary to complete a detailed form in which you will indicate who you wish to meet with, the approximate dates, the purpose of the meeting, and information about the matter and your company or organization, so that the VIP leader has sufficient interest in granting the appointment. If, after reviewing the request, we determine that there is a low probability of securing the meeting, we will inform you and explore alternative options together.
What types of VIPs can I request appointments with? Are they in person, by phone or online?
We negotiate and coordinate appointments with politicians, public officials, business leaders, bankers, CEOs, celebrities, public figures, industry leaders, diplomats, and other influential individuals. These meetings are generally held in person, but in some cases the VIP or the requester may propose holding them via Zoom, phone or other applications.
What is the cost and what happens if the VIP cancels?
A quote is prepared on a case-by-case basis, and the fee depends on the hours of work and difficulty needed, and other factors. For us to proceed with negotiating the meeting, a refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the quoted amount is required. If the meeting is canceled and does not take place due to reasons beyond the requester’s control, this deposit will be refunded. If the meeting goes ahead, the deposit will be used towards the remaining balance.
Do you guarantee that the VIP leader will accept our proposals?
We can only guarantee that the meeting itself will take place, but we cannot guarantee that the requester’s proposal or requests will be accepted by the VIP leader.
